The second step was to take these photos and properly confront ALL of me. \/><\/p>\n<p>The control of the diet, not so much (confession, I had a Mc Donald&#8217;s wrap and an apple pie on Sunday and I had a fishcake and chips on Monday, child&#8217;s portion but still not good).
