
Four weeks in and I finally get my first blister, and do you know what, it wasn’t even while running! The blister was brought on by of all things a three mile walk in my new deck shoes. Thankfully it didn’t stop me completing my twenty eighth day.



I’m swinging between being chuffed to bits that I’ve go this far, shocked that I’ve only just got a blister, thinking maybe I’m not working hard enough if I’ve only just got a blister and being in a state of disbelief that I’ve managed four weeks of running every day.
Let’s see if four more weeks are possible shall we.
