Feeling very bloated today, don’t feel sorry for me though because you see, it’s my fault.

I had a sandwich last night. A white bread sandwich, well actually it was a fifty-fifty white bread sandwich so it’s not all that bad… Okay, who am I kidding, it’s not good is it. It was eleven o’clock. Don’t judge me yet because It gets worse…

Yep. Last night at eleven o’clock I had a white bread crisp and coleslaw sandwich. It was delicious.
So feeling naughty and bloated I stood on the scales after my run this morning. I’m thirteen stone two and a half pounds. It’s still going down! That’s a loss of eleven and three-quarter pounds in seven weeks. I’m consistently using more energy that I’m putting into my body.
I need to make sure that I don’t use this as an excuse for the indulgences to become a habit and that I stick to the healthy stuff in the main. But it’s all good.
I also have to remember that bread may well taste wonderful, and my body may crave it but my body doesn’t appreciate it afterwards.
