Nine weeks of running every day.
I ran 84.38 miles in June, furthest I’ve ever run in a single month.
Nine weeks of keeping up my step count.
I averaged 12,478 steps a day including my run, so that’s a combined total for running and day-to-day walking of 182.19 miles covered in June.
One stone of weight lost.
As of the 3rd of July I weigh 12 stone 13 1/2 pounds, that’s down from 14 stone 1/4 pound at the beginning of May.

So much joy. Mentally logging achievements while running along side the golden Norfolk corn fields edged with bright red poppies. Getting home to track the numbers on my apps is very encouraging. Wearing my Mi band and using my smart phone to measure my running routes make logging my progress an absolute pleasure. Summer happiness.
In case you hadn’t noticed I’m feeling very positive about the steady weight loss and my ability to maintain my exercise regime.

Endomondo (the free app I use to track all of my running,) has made all the text bold. It’s disconcerting. Maybe they know I really should get my eyes tested.
