Day 8, still on target, just.

Looking at the clock and realising it’s almost midnight and that I’m still a few hundred steps short of my goal has proven to me that, my step counter is invaluable and that my self-imposed targets are working. When I would normally have, backside still firmly positioned on the sofa, berated myself for not going to bed at eleven like I said I would, just now, I was jogging on the spot, while berating myself for not going to bed at eleven like I said I would.

The up shot is… 8081 steps today, still on target, along with veg burger and salad this evening (no bread roll) and 2.66 mile run.

Time for a glass of water and bed me thinks. Good night.
